How do I download my customers' designs for printing?

In The Admin Center/Order tab, you can download customer's printable files and see all details of the order.

Log in to the Admin Center, select the Orders tab.
Enter the date range of the orders you wish to view, click Get Orders.
Select an order, click Get Items button. All design items of the order will appear below.
Click 'Printable File' button to download the design files for printing.
You can open those design files in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw and export them into the format you prefer for printing.
