By default when starting-up, IDesign Online shows the landing-page for customer to choose the material and their desired size.

You can custom this procedure, let your customer choose material and size from your website, and by-pass the landing-page.

Example

1. http://your.domain/IDesign.html#material=Vinyl Banner&height=2&width=4&bypass=1

That URL will open up the the software with : "Vinyl Banner" material (material=Vynal Banner), size = 2'x4' (height=2&width=4), and bring your customer directly to the design page (bypass=1), without stopping at the landing page as default.

2.http://your.domain/IDesign.html#material=PVC&t=template/anniversary/A1.des&bypass=1

That URL will open up the the software, load the A1.des template, choose the "PVC" material and go directly to the design page. The size is determined by the size of the A1.des template

URL parameters detail:

1. t=<template-path> - specify the template that the software will load. The template-path is relative to the location of IDesign.html

2. material=<material-name> - specify the material the software will choose. The material-name must match one of the material in your list (configure in Admin Center). The name is case-sensitive.

3. height=<height in feet>, width=<width in feet> - the size that IDesign Online will show at starting up. Your customer can custom these size later.

-- presetSize=<selected-preset-size-name> - specify the preset size that the software will choose automatically. The preset-size-name must match one of the 'name' attribute in the PresetSizes.xml file. The name is case-sensitive.

4. bypass=1 or bypass=0 - bypass the landing-page and go directly to design page if bypass=1. If bypass=0 or absent, the landing-page will be showed

5. proceedPay=1 (default) or proceedPay=0 : show the 'Proceed To Payment' button to let your customer pay you online if proceedPay=1. If proceedPay=0, the button will be hidden and a message will be showed instead, telling your customer that you will contact them for payment later.

6. hideBackground=1 , hidePhoto=1, hideClipart=1, hideText=1, hideShape=1 : Hide the corresponding panel.

photoOnly=1 Hide all the library graphics panel(background, clipart, photo, text, shap) User can only Upload Photo to the design.

7. sizeStep=[value] Set the nummeric size stepper to value "1" instead of the decimal value 0.01. When user click the up/down arrow, the size will be increased/decreased by the specified value. Ex: sizeStep=1, sizeStep=0.5, sizeStep=10

8. helpColor=[colorValue] Change the color of the Help button ("?" button) to make it highlight. Ex: helpColor=FF0000 (red), helpColor=00FF00 (green), helpColor=FF (blue).

9. margin=0.1, =0.083(1/12), =1.. The margin for safety area. Default value is 0.083 (1 divided 12 or an inch). If centimeter is used, the margin=1 should be used (1 centimeter margin).

10. safetyConstraint=Y . Specify whether user can move clip-art outsize the safety line. Default is 'N': user can move cliparts freely. If safetyConstraint=Y, cliparts are bound inside the safety line..
