• Only JPG & PNG file types are supported.
• Make sure the file you are uploading is not larger than 10MB
  • If it is larger, reduce the size (resolution) before uploading
  • If the file is very small, please verify that it has enough resolution (is large enough) to print properly.
• In the iDesign Online software, click the “Upload Image” button
• Browse to your file, select it, and click the Open button

* Important Note: If you make your image larger after importing it, please be aware that you are reducing its print quality.
